English is the official language of the School.

Badge
Your badge is your admission to the scientific sessions, coffee breaks and social events. Participants are kindly requested to wear it at all times at the conference venue.

VISA
Participants requiring a VISA to travel to Italy are kindly asked to apply for the request in their Country. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a VISA. Please consider that obtaining a VISA may require from two to six weeks from the date of application. Letters of invitation can only be issued to participants who have paid the conference registration fee.

Liability
The organizers cannot accept liability for injury or damage involving people and property during the School. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Dietary requirements

Participants are kindly requested to indicate any food allergy or intolerance in the registration form.
