The venue details will be announced soon. It will be located at Aula Magna “Domus Sapientiae”, Polytechnic University of Bari Bari, Italy, easily reachable by public transport and close to main hotels and restaurants.

Language
English is the official language of the School.
Badge
Your badge is your admission to the scientific sessions, coffee breaks and social events. Participants are kindly requested to wear it at all times at the conference venue.
VISA
Participants requiring a VISA to travel to Italy are kindly asked to apply for the request in their Country. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a VISA. Please consider that obtaining a VISA may require from two to six weeks from the date of application.
Letters of invitation can only be issued to participants who have paid the conference registration fee.
Accommodation
Participants are invited to arrange their accommodation early, as availability may be limited.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered participants at the end of the School.
Wi-Fi & Facilities
Free Wi-Fi will be available at the venue. Information about the network and access credentials will be provided upon arrival.
Dietary Requirements
Participants are kindly requested to indicate any food allergy or intolerance in the registration form.
